How do I register

Enter your email address and create a password to make your shopping experience easier & quicker the next time you visit us online. You can also choose to check out as a guest and register later.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within 4-5 business days of receipt of order and payment.

Timelines for Custom orders are usually decided at the time order is placed.

Currently our processing time for custom orders is approximately 30 days once design is approved and your payment received. Our design team works closely with you and rest assured we will always keep you updated every step of the way when you place a custom order.

How can I track my order?

Depending on the mode of shipping we will provide you with the tracking information.

Shipping Information

We work with our regional shipping partners to offer the best shipping options for our customers.  Our shipping fees cover processing, packing and delivery of your items.  All orders ship out in 4-5 business days of the order being placed and payment receipt.  You will receive an email confirming your order and a follow up email also with shipping options and charges.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally, except for restrictions on certain items that we can only ship within Saudi Arabia.

Shipping & processing charges are based according to the product and shipping method chosen.

As you are aware, furniture, carpets and other large items being bulky and heavy, costs to ship them is higher than for other smaller items.  Charges will also include packaging costs to get your product to you safely and in the best condition.

Payment

Currently we are only accepting direct money transfers.
We look forward to accepting various credit cards in the near future.
