Timelines for Custom orders are usually decided at the time order is placed.
Currently our processing time for custom orders is approximately 30 days once design is approved and your payment received. As you are aware, furniture, carpets and other large items being bulky and heavy, costs to ship them is higher than for other smaller items. Charges will also include packaging costs to get your product to you safely and in the best condition.
